This is a collection of cakes I have made over the years. I have progressed over time, I hope, and am getting braver in my undertakings. As you can tell, I have done a variety of cakes the last 10 years, and I am up for just about anything. So if you need a cake for any occasion, please let me know.

The Guitar Cake
This is a cake I did for a friend's son. He loves music, especially when one of the guys at their church plays his guitar & sings. So for his birthday, his mom had this man come to "perform" at the party, and wanted a cake to look like his guitar.
Hi Mel, it is my sons second birthday next month and we are having a rockstar party for him. I want to make him a guitar cake. How difficult did you find it to make this one?
